CRO Developer – Hybrid – Manchester

About the role

We are looking for a CRO Developer to join a fast‑growing digital performance business in Manchester. Working hybrid (three days on‑site), you will help shape the company’s experimentation strategy by building, deploying and analysing A/B and multivariate tests across high‑traffic digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain A/B, multivariate and personalisation experiments using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with analysts, marketers, designers and product owners to translate testing hypotheses into live experiments.
• Integrate experiments with leading CRO platforms such as Optimizely, VWO, AB Tasty, Convert or Dynamic Yield.
• Ensure experiments are technically robust, performant and correctly tracked.
• Debug, troubleshoot and optimise testing implementations.
• Support measurement and reporting by working closely with analytics teams.
• Contribute to best‑practice guidelines, governance and continuous improvement of the experimentation programme.

Required profile

• Proven commercial experience as a CRO, Front‑End or Experimentation Developer.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and data‑driven optimisation.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams.

• Web analytics and performance measurement tools
