About the role
As a Customer Account Advisor you will support residents and organisations by managing service charge debts across a diverse property portfolio. You will combine empathetic customer service with firm credit control to keep accounts accurate and payments on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Call and email customers to agree payment plans, chase arrears and resolve queries.
- Process reminder cycles, statements and formal escalations in line with company procedures.
- Monitor aged debt, produce reports and highlight high‑risk accounts.
- Collaborate with Property Managers, Finance and external partners such as solicitors to progress disputes and legal action.
- Maintain up‑to‑date Sales Ledger records and detailed case notes for each account.
Required profile
- Calm, professional and customer‑focused attitude.
- Confidence to hold firm yet fair conversations with residents.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to document interactions clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an office environment.
