Customer Advisor

About the role

As a Customer Advisor you will work on‑site in a Boots store in London, reporting to the Assistant or Store Manager. You will assist customers at the tills, on the shop floor or in the back shop, providing friendly advice and helping the store run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, listen to their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Promote in‑store offers and schemes, providing clear information.
• Operate tills efficiently and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain product displays, stock shelves and keep the store clean and presentable.
• Support teammates to deliver a seamless shopping experience.

• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Team‑oriented with a collaborative attitude.
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service.
• Willingness to act as a brand ambassador for Boots.
