Customer Service Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to support customers facing financial difficulties within a growing specialist finance business. You will help clients navigate challenges, find sustainable solutions and deliver a high standard of service.

Key responsibilities

• Support customers experiencing financial difficulties, identifying appropriate and sustainable solutions.
• Manage customer enquiries across multiple channels, delivering a professional and empathetic service.
• Agree payment arrangements and collaborate with specialist teams to achieve positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure interactions comply with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service, payment support, collections or recoveries.
• Understanding of support processes and handling sensitive customer conversations.
• Experience managing a caseload and communicating effectively across multiple channels.

• Salary £28,000–£30,000 per annum.
