Customer Service Advisor (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Customer Service Advisor to join the Student Care team at IT Career Switch. Working remotely, you will support students throughout their learning journey, handling enquiries by phone, email and online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email and online platforms.
• Assist students from enrolment through course completion.
• Manage requests such as cancellations, extensions, course changes and account updates.
• Process course administration tasks, including exam bookings, voucher issuance and learner record maintenance.
• Maintain accurate student information within the CRM system.
• Proactively resolve queries and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Monitor student progress and carry out follow‑up actions to boost engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
• Perform general administrative duties with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or support.
• Excellent spoken English and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Professional, empathetic approach to customer interactions.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to prioritise a busy workload and work independently.
• Positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping customers.
