Customer Service Coordinator

About the role

Join a well‑established freight forwarding company that specialises in road and ocean freight exports. You will work closely with customers, overseas partners and internal teams to ensure shipments are quoted, booked and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Issue quotes and arrange shipments for road and ocean freight customers.
• Manage the full customs clearance process from start to finish.
• Coordinate with customers, overseas partners and internal teams to guarantee timely delivery.
• Monitor shipments, troubleshoot issues and keep customers informed.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.

Required profile

• Experience in a customer‑service environment, face‑to‑face or over the phone.
• Prior hands‑on experience in road freight, ocean freight and/or export coordination.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong computer skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced office.
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
