Customer Service Representative – US Team

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our US Team in Manchester. You will work alongside Account Managers to support sales, manage orders and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Process orders from sale to delivery, handling all associated administration.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, vendors, the internal warehouse and Account Managers to ensure timely receipt of products.
• Maintain price lists, prepare quotes and manage diaries for Account Managers.
• Provide professional sales support and act as the primary point of contact for customers and suppliers.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and telephone skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Proficiency in Excel and data manipulation.
