Customer Solution Architect

About the role

We are seeking a commercially aware and consultative Customer Solution Architect to own solution design throughout the pre‑sales lifecycle. Working closely with Sales, Pre‑Sales and Delivery teams, you will act as the technical lead and trusted solution owner from early qualification through to hand‑over into delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Build a deep understanding of each client’s business, operating environment and challenges.
• Lead discovery sessions and workshops to uncover root causes and true requirements.
• Apply sector knowledge (Financial Services, Insurance, Public Sector) to shape relevant, compliant solutions.
• Design practical, commercially viable solutions using TXP’s full capability portfolio.
• Own the solution across the full pre‑sales lifecycle, ensuring clear scope, realistic risk assessment and delivery feasibility.
• Support governance processes and proactively manage solution risks.
• Contribute to the evolution of TXP’s propositions to keep them differentiated and commercially strong.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in at least one of the following sectors: Financial Services, Insurance or Public Sector.
• Strong consultative approach with the ability to engage credibly with senior client stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business challenges into clear, actionable solution designs.
• Commitment to client‑focused outcomes and delivery success.
