Data Business Partner – Hybrid (Manchester)

About the role

This position sits at the intersection of data analytics and business strategy, acting as the bridge between the data team and wider business stakeholders. You will combine hands‑on data analysis with advisory responsibilities, helping clients translate data insights into commercial value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Management Information (MI) solutions such as reports, dashboards and analytics tools.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and client teams to understand business priorities and shape data strategy.
• Provide insight and guidance on how data and MI can add value to business decisions.
• Communicate complex data findings to non‑technical audiences.
• Support the data team in delivering high‑quality analytical outputs.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business leaders.
• Proven experience working with internal stakeholders or clients to deliver data‑driven value.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Background in marketing or sales analytics is highly desirable.
