About the role
A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join their Data Platform team on a 6‑month contract. The role focuses on building and operating a major GCP‑based data platform.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain data pipelines on GCP using BigQuery, Python, Airflow/Cloud Composer and dbt.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, product and governance teams to deliver secure, scalable data solutions.
Required profile
- Proven experience with GCP, BigQuery, Python, Airflow/Cloud Composer and dbt.
- Hands‑on experience with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines and data lakehouse environments, plus strong stakeholder management.
