Day Concierge – Full‑time Hospitality Role

About the role

PMR is partnering with a high‑end residential development in South East London to recruit a professional Day Concierge. Working on a 4‑on/4‑off rota from 8 am to 8 pm, you will be the first point of contact for residents and guests, ensuring a smooth, secure and welcoming front‑desk operation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all residents and visitors.
• Greet residents courteously, anticipate their needs and act as a brand ambassador.
• Verify visitors, suppliers and contractors; manage elevator access and conduct security checks.
• Maintain clean, tidy communal areas and perform regular building inspections.
• Log and report maintenance issues, incidents, complaints and operational reports.
• Assist with move‑ins and move‑outs, and perform litter‑picking in external areas as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in residential concierge or 5‑star hotel environments.
• Reliable, punctual and impeccably presented.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
• Willingness to undergo full vetting checks and provide excellent references.
