Day Concierge – Luxury Residential Development

About the role

We are seeking a professional, customer‑focused Day Concierge to join a luxury residential development in London. This position is ideal for an experienced Concierge or Front‑of‑House professional who thrives on delivering exceptional service and upholding high standards in a residential setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming and professional front‑of‑house service to residents and visitors.
• Manage resident enquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Monitor access control and maintain building security.
• Receive and distribute parcels and deliveries.
• Coordinate contractor and visitor access.
• Carry out routine inspections of communal areas and report any maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate records, logs and handover notes.
• Collaborate with the building management team to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Concierge, Front‑of‑House, Reception or Hospitality role.
• Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
• Professional appearance with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and work independently.
• Good IT proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Right to work in the UK.
