About the role
Ryder Reid Legal, in partnership with a US law firm, is recruiting a Debt Finance Paralegal for its London office on a permanent basis. The position is aimed at candidates who have some compliance experience within the banking or legal sector and who thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. The role offers hybrid working but also requires flexibility to work overtime, including evenings and weekends.
Key responsibilities
- Work overtime and be flexible for evenings and weekends as required by the business.
Required profile
- Minimum of 6 months’ experience working in‑house or at a law firm.
- Prior compliance experience in the banking or legal industry.
- LPC or SQE qualification desirable but not essential.
- Willingness to work hybrid and adapt to long‑hour demands.
- Based in or able to commute to London.
