Digital Content Officer

About the role

The Digital Content Officer will create and manage engaging digital content that strengthens the organisation's online presence and clearly communicates its mission and projects. Working closely with internal teams, you will ensure that all digital communications are aligned with strategic objectives and brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain digital content across websites, social media and other online platforms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align content with organisational goals and brand standards.
• Monitor and analyse content performance, providing insights to improve engagement and reach.
• Maintain and update content calendars to guarantee timely delivery of materials.
• Stay informed about digital trends, best practices and accessibility standards.
• Support inclusive and accessible communication in all digital outputs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital content creation and management, preferably within a charitable or non‑profit setting.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills with the ability to adapt tone for diverse audiences.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborative mindset, creativity and meticulous attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Experience using basic analytics platforms to track content performance.
