Digital Engineering Coordinator

About the role

The Digital Engineering Coordinator will join the Marine and Tunnelling team delivering the Sizewell C nuclear power station project. Based between the Orwell and London offices, you will drive the implementation of the project’s Digital Strategy and Execution Plan, ensuring that all digital models and data meet the Employer’s Information Requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate digital delivery processes and manage the Project Information Model throughout construction.
• Implement digital culture, processes and technology across design, construction and hand‑over stages.
• Federate models within the Common Data Environment for coordinated, model‑based reviews.
• Review model compliance, conduct quality assurance, clash detection and data validation, and resolve issues.
• Support the delivery of graphical, non‑graphical and document information in line with the BIM Execution Plan.
• Integrate 4D (programme), 5D (cost) and 6D (asset) data into digital models, including as‑built information for hand‑over.
• Educate and support project teams and supply‑chain partners on digital tools, standards and workflows.
• Develop and improve digital ways of working to increase efficiency, quality and sustainability.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital engineering or BIM delivery within a design or construction environment.
• Strong capability in model authoring, coordination and review tools.
• Solid understanding of BIM processes, Common Data Environments and relevant industry standards (BS, PAS).
• Experience with 3D, 4D and 5D models, clash detection and data management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work under time pressure.
