Digital Junior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Junior Project Manager to join our Birmingham‑based web and app development agency. Working under the Programme Manager, you will support day‑to‑day project delivery and, with guidance, lead small to medium digital projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks, communicate with customers via email and phone, and provide regular project updates.
• Maintain project systems, log and progress issues, tasks and client requests promptly.
• Attend internal and external meetings, capture clear notes, actions and outcomes.
• Test web and mobile applications from an end‑user perspective and track feedback.
• Liaise with external suppliers to align outputs with project requirements and timelines.
• Contribute to project documentation, describing features from wireframes and updating specifications.
• Monitor project progress, maintain a simple RAID log and escalate concerns appropriately.
• Run assigned projects from initiation to delivery, meeting agreed scope, timelines and communication standards.

• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise work across multiple tasks.
