Digital Marketing & Campaigns Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing & Campaigns Manager will lead bold, audience‑focused campaigns that amplify LGBTQ+ voices, inspire action and grow support for the Foundation’s life‑changing work. Working hybrid with at least two days a week on‑site, you will shape strategy, oversee execution and evaluate impact across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and evaluate integrated marketing, communications and fundraising campaigns.
• Manage digital content across website, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing and supporter journeys.
• Use insight and analytics to continuously improve performance and report on ROI.
• Lead, develop and inspire a small team of marketing professionals.
• Collaborate with fundraising, communications and service teams to ensure cohesive messaging.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing and campaign management, preferably in the charitable or non‑profit sector.
• Strong storytelling ability with a focus on audience engagement.
• Excellent people‑management and leadership skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating across departments.
