Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑minded Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Birmingham. You will lead and optimise multi‑channel campaigns, working closely with internal teams and external partners to boost customer acquisition, engagement and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across PPC, Paid Social, SEO and Affiliate Marketing.
• Develop targeting strategies, including keyword optimisation, audience segmentation and remarketing.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse results and implement improvements to maximise ROI.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and meet agreed objectives.
• Collaborate with external agency partners to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience managing digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make decisions.
• Excellent organisational skills and the capacity to handle a busy workload.
• Effective communication skills for internal and external stakeholder interaction.
