Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Tribal Tech Limited is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join its fast‑growing agency in London. You will own both paid and organic search campaigns for a diverse client portfolio, driving traffic, leads and measurable commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build and optimise PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, managing budgets, bids and targeting.
• Conduct keyword and competitor research to uncover opportunities for paid and organic search.
• Implement SEO strategies across client websites, including on‑page optimisation, metadata, internal linking and site structure.
• Support technical SEO audits and recommend improvements to performance and rankings.
• Monitor organic visibility, rankings, traffic and conversions using GA4, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager.
• Produce regular client reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with account management, content, creative and development teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Stay up‑to‑date with developments in Google Ads, SEO and the wider digital marketing industry.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within an agency environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with campaign data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Commercially minded and passionate about digital marketing.
