Diploma‑Qualified Paraplanner – Wealth Management (Remote, £50k)

About the role

Financial Divisions, a respected wealth management firm near Amersham, is looking for a fully Diploma‑qualified Paraplanner to join its technical team. The position is predominantly remote, offering flexibility while requiring occasional attendance at the Buckinghamshire office for meetings and client activities.

Key responsibilities

• Attend client meetings alongside Financial Planners to provide technical support.
• Gather, analyse and interpret client financial information.
• Produce cash‑flow planning models and conduct financial analysis.
• Research financial planning solutions and prepare suitability reports.
• Manage client cases through to completion and oversee annual review processes.
• Contribute to the firm’s Investment Committee and ensure compliance with FCA regulations.

Required profile

• Fully Diploma qualified (Level 4 DipPFS or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Paraplanner.
• Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of FCA compliance and investment regulations.

Required skills

• Cash‑flow modelling.
• Financial analysis.
• Technical research across financial products.
• Preparation of suitability reports and financial recommendations.
