Director, HR M&A Integration – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Director to lead HR M&A integration activities on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis. You will act as the program manager for complex HR projects, guiding due diligence, integration planning and execution for mergers and acquisitions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end M&A integration, managing due diligence, planning, and delivery against timelines, budget and quality standards.
• Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders, identify dependencies and communicate risks.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert during diligence, framing objectives and reporting findings to senior leadership.
• Mitigate planning gaps, escalate issues and recommend resolutions.
• Oversee post‑integration transition, ensuring smooth migration of data and processes into company systems.
• Develop and execute business, cultural and change‑management integration plans.
• Align program roadmap with departmental and corporate financial goals.
• Create strategic timelines, detailed project plans, and manage resource allocation throughout the lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in HR integration or M&A program management.
• Strong ability to manage large‑scale projects, budgets and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on risk identification and mitigation.
• Experience influencing senior leadership and communicating complex integration matters.
