Director/Senior Director, Content Strategy (EU)

About the role

As a member of Veeva’s Strategy team, you will lead the growth and adoption of Veeva’s Commercial Content products across Europe. You will shape go‑to‑market strategies, drive product innovation, and act as a thought leader for existing and prospective customers.

Key responsibilities

• Sustain and expand the PromoMats business throughout Europe.
• Own the P&L for the regional customer segment, managing current accounts and acquiring new ones.
• Provide strategic direction to sales teams to generate new opportunities for PromoMats.
• Deeply understand marketing and MLR business challenges and align product solutions.
• Guide product development with new features and growth areas.
• Coordinate cross‑functional resources across the customer lifecycle, from sales to delivery.
• Deliver thought leadership by speaking at industry conferences, hosting webinars, and authoring articles.
• Build lasting customer relationships and foster an energetic community of industry evangelists.
• Collaborate with Marketing to design and execute impactful marketing strategies.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in the life‑sciences industry or as a solution provider/consultant.
• Proven track record advising customers on SaaS/Cloud adoption.
• Strong knowledge of Marketing Operations and MLR processes.
• Demonstrated success in customer‑facing roles.
• CEO‑mindset with the ability to drive outcomes and execute across teams.
• Strategic thinker capable of developing and implementing plans across product, marketing, and consulting.
• Confident presenter to senior stakeholders.
