About the role

Join Specsavers in Swiss Cottage as a Dispensing Optician. Whether you have just qualified or bring experience, you will help patients receive high‑quality eye care while working within a supportive, team‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Fit and dispense spectacles and contact lenses according to prescriptions.
• Provide professional advice on frame selection, lens options and after‑care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with GOC standards.
• Collaborate with the store team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest clinical technology, including OCT imaging.

Required profile

• Qualified Dispensing Optician registered with the General Optical Council (GOC).
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for community health.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to engage in continuous professional development.

Required skills

• OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography) operation.
