Early Years Educator (Level 3) – Full-Time

About the role
This is a full‑time, term‑time position in a nurturing early years setting in central London. You will join a supportive team delivering high‑quality early years provision for children aged 2–5, working Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
Key responsibilities
- Support planning and delivery of EYFS‑aligned activities.
- Assist with assessments, observations and learning journals.
- Promote children’s personal, social and emotional development.
- Work in partnership with parents and carers to meet individual needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe and inclusive learning environment.
Required profile
- Full Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g., CACHE, NVQ or equivalent).
- Experience working in an early years setting.
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented approach.
