Ecommerce Growth Coordinator

About the role

Zima Dental is a fast‑growing D2C oral‑care brand operating six international storefronts. We are looking for an Ecommerce Growth Coordinator to own the day‑to‑day execution of our website, marketing systems and content operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and is continuously optimised.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain Email & SMS campaigns and flows in Klaviyo.
• Manage Shopify backend for six storefronts – product uploads, pricing, discounts, page updates and quality assurance.
• Create and update recurring performance dashboards and produce ad‑hoc reports.
• Track creative production, conduct competitor research and support SEO and blog publishing.
• Coordinate PR activities, including press inbound handling, sample distribution and coverage tracking.
• Follow up on customer reviews and manage warranty tracking.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in an ecommerce or digital‑marketing role.
• Hands‑on experience with Shopify administration.
• Proficiency with Klaviyo or a similar email‑service provider.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets abilities.
• Excellent written English and high attention to detail.
• Ability to own recurring processes independently.
