Electrical Assessor – Full Training Provided

About the role
We are seeking a qualified electrician to transition into an Electrical Assessor role, supporting apprentices as they build their NVQ portfolios. The position offers full training, hybrid working, a car allowance and 33 days of holiday.
Key responsibilities
- Guide, coach and mentor apprentices on electrical installation tasks.
- Assess and review apprentices’ work on site to ensure compliance with NVQ standards.
- Maintain a personal schedule, managing day‑to‑day activities and travel to assessment sites.
- Complete assessment documentation and provide constructive feedback.
Required profile
- Qualified electrician with a Gold Card.
- Holder of NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
- Willingness to move from hands‑on work to an assessor role.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
