Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Multi‑Skilled (Electrical Bias)

About the role

We are looking for a professional, electrically‑biased Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer to maintain a high‑end commercial office space in Mayfair, London. You will ensure the flawless operation of landlord and tenant assets within a prestigious corporate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on a variety of electrical and mechanical plant.
• Maintain and fault‑find critical HVAC systems, including cooling towers, chillers, air handling units and commercial boilers.
• Respond swiftly to minor mechanical, plumbing and building‑services fabric issues.
• Manage on‑site sub‑contractors, ensuring RAMS compliance and safe completion of work.
• Maintain accurate logbooks and compliance records to meet statutory regulations.

Required profile

• City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Proven experience in high‑end commercial or corporate environments.
• Eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom.
