Electrical Supervisor – Midlands Region

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our Fixed Wire testing team in the Midlands. You will be responsible for ensuring high‑quality service delivery, safety compliance, and team performance across a range of client sites.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor engineer activity to meet productivity targets and SLA commitments.
• Process PDA timesheets, verify site times and ensure correct PDA usage.
• Oversee customer portal usage, resolve overtime and travel time discrepancies.
• Promote safe driving standards, review vehicle usage and investigate poor practices.
• Administer employee absence, holidays and sickness management.
• Conduct onsite audits covering health & safety, vehicle and technical standards.
• Lead onboarding, probation reviews and leaver processes for new starters.
• Champion diversity and inclusion throughout the workforce.

Required profile

• Strong technical knowledge of electrical fixed‑wire testing and compliance services.
• Proven leadership ability to motivate and inspire field teams.
• Sound judgment and logical decision‑making skills.
• Solid understanding of workplace Health & Safety regulations.
• Confident communication with clients and colleagues at all levels.
