Employee Benefits Account Manager

About the role

Our client, a well‑established employee benefits consultancy, is expanding and seeks an experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to support both existing and new clients. You will work alongside senior consultants to ensure benefits packages are tailored to client needs across pensions, group risk, healthcare and flexible benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare client‑facing summaries, recommendation reports and portfolio valuations ahead of meetings.
• Administer corporate pension schemes, group healthcare, group risk and flexible benefits programmes.
• Collaborate with consultants to develop and maintain comprehensive benefits solutions.
• Support client onboarding and ongoing relationship management.

Required profile

• Background in employee benefits, preferably with experience in corporate pensions, group healthcare or group risk schemes.
• Strong communication skills and experience dealing with SME and corporate clients.
• Professional qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
