Employee Benefits Consultant – Platform Implementation Lead

About the role

This is a unique opportunity to lead the end‑to‑end implementation of a flexible benefits platform for a major UK accountancy and advisory firm. You will own the rollout, configuration and ongoing evolution of the solution, working closely with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the platform implementation as Project Manager, from onboarding through configuration, provider integration, payroll and HR inputs to go‑live.
• Shape the programme’s post‑launch evolution, defining enhancements and future roadmap.
• Maintain supplier relationships, control budgets and demonstrate ROI.
• Act as the go‑to expert for senior leadership, providing strategic advice on platform usage and benefits impact.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience delivering benefits platform implementations.
• Strong knowledge of UK benefits frameworks, including salary sacrifice, group risk, pensions and healthcare.
• Ability to discuss ROI with a CFO and employee engagement with HR directors.
• Motivation to shape a growing function and influence its direction.
