About the role

Our client, a leading London law firm with a Legal 500‑ranked Employment practice, is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its busy team. The role offers exposure to a wide mix of advisory, transactional and contentious matters, providing a solid platform for professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support both contentious and non‑contentious employment work, including disputes, disciplinary and grievance matters, and tribunal claims.
• Draft and negotiate employment contracts, service agreements, policies and settlement agreements.
• Advise on partnership matters such as admissions, exits and related disputes.
• Assist with workplace investigations and other sensitive internal issues.

Required profile

• UK‑qualified solicitor with 1‑5 years post‑qualification experience.
• Experience gained at a recognised law firm.
• Strong background advising both employer and individual clients.
• Experience of workplace investigations is advantageous but not essential.
