Enforcement Agent

About the role

Join a leading debt recovery firm as an Enforcement Agent, helping clients across the UK recover outstanding payments. You will work independently, visiting addresses, assessing financial situations and arranging repayment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Attend residential and commercial addresses to facilitate debt recovery.
• Complete questionnaires detailing income, expenditures and assets.
• Negotiate payment plans or full settlements with debtors.
• Manage your own workload and schedule.
• Prepare and file required paperwork.
• Oversee removal of goods when authorised.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Basic numeracy for financial questionnaires.
