Entry Level Sales Advisor – Customer Facing Role

About the role

Join a growing events division of an established sales and marketing company in Central London. No prior sales experience is required – you will receive client training and daily upskilling sessions to develop your communication, sales and customer‑engagement abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver face‑to‑face customer acquisition campaigns for recognised non‑profit organisations at high‑footfall events, retail pop‑ups and promotional locations in Central London.
• Engage directly with the public, build rapport and represent the brand to generate leads and increase awareness.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Confidence engaging customers face‑to‑face and building relationships.
• Motivated, reliable and proactive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn.
• Desire to gain practical experience and continuously develop sales and customer‑engagement abilities.
• Availability to work five full days per week on‑site.
