Epicor Functional Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Epicor Functional Consultant to join our expanding ERP consulting team. You will work closely with clients across manufacturing, distribution and supply‑chain sectors to analyse business processes, design solutions and guide implementations from discovery through go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Lead functional workshops and gather detailed requirements.
• Analyse current processes and recommend best‑practice Epicor configurations.
• Configure Epicor ERP to meet client specifications and produce functional documentation.
• Support testing, user‑acceptance testing, training and go‑live activities.
• Collaborate with technical consultants and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide post‑implementation support and continuous‑improvement advice.
• Build trusted client relationships and act as a subject‑matter expert.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Epicor Functional Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of Epicor ERP, preferably Kinetic.
• Track record delivering ERP implementation projects.
• Excellent business‑process analysis and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution or supply‑chain environments.
• Willingness to travel to client sites when required.
