ERP Technical Implementation Consultant – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an ERP Technical Implementation Consultant to join a fast‑growing implementation team. The role is fully remote with occasional travel to customer sites, and involves hands‑on development, business analysis and delivery of custom ERP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and define technical requirements directly with customers.
• Produce business analysis and technical specifications.
• Develop ERP enhancements, bespoke customisations and workflows using SQL, JavaScript and Java.
• Configure XML files, modify user interfaces and generate reports.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and deliver training.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and advise customers on best practices.
• Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously.

Required profile

• Experience developing or customising ERP software in manufacturing, distribution or operational settings.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with confidence to interact directly with customers.
• Organised, proactive and able to translate business needs into technical solutions.
