Events Manager – London

About the role

Searcys is seeking an Events Manager to lead the coordination and profitability of events at its historic 116 Pall Mall venue in London. You will work closely with the sales team, kitchen, and clients to ensure seamless delivery of a wide range of events.

Key responsibilities

• Set up events according to event sheets and ensure timely delivery.
• Lead front‑of‑house operations on assigned events and brief all team members.
• Participate in daily and weekly event operations meetings.
• Liaise with kitchen, sales, operations, and client teams to achieve successful outcomes.
• Plan short‑ and long‑term event schedules, budgets, and marketing plans.
• Maintain or exceed budgeted sales and profit targets.
• Develop creative event attractions and manage vendor relationships.
• Build long‑term, value‑based customer relationships to meet sales objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in event management.
• Thorough understanding of the event and meeting management process from conception to completion.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast‑paced, creative environment.
• Meticulous organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Solution‑oriented mindset and ability to adapt to challenges.
