About the role

Join WTW as an Executive Compensation Consultant in London, working alongside senior consultants on high‑impact client projects. You will gain hands‑on experience analysing executive pay structures, developing strategic recommendations and supporting clients in designing competitive reward programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop technical expertise in executive compensation and deliver client projects to high standards.
• Partner with consultants and client teams to design strategies that attract, reward and retain senior talent.
• Perform competitive benchmarking analyses and industry‑wide financial research.
• Create and analyse pay structures, incentive designs and equity‑award valuations using financial formulas.
• Design and conduct custom compensation surveys.
• Assist clients with public disclosures, regulatory filings and plan documentation.
• Monitor emerging regulatory, legislative and shareholder trends affecting compensation strategy.
• Contribute to sales and marketing efforts by providing information for proposals.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency within client teams.

Required profile

• Experience as a compensation associate or a strong interest in executive compensation.
• Ability to conduct custom compensation surveys and perform detailed industry and financial research.
• Proven analytical thinking, business insight and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
