About the role
We are seeking experienced FLT Operatives to join our warehouse teams across Kendal and nearby towns such as Barrow, Ulverston and Morecambe. The role involves safely operating forklift trucks to support daily stock movements in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Operate counterbalance and/or reach forklift trucks safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload and relocate stock within the warehouse or site.
- Assist with general warehouse and site operations as required.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety procedures at all times.
Required profile
- Valid FLT licence (counterbalance and/or reach preferred).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to cover shift patterns when needed.
