Experienced Property Sales Consultant

About the role

Salboy is seeking an experienced Property Sales Consultant to join its Manchester City Centre team. You will focus on selling off‑plan property investments, guiding clients from initial enquiry through to reservation and handover. This role combines face‑to‑face client interaction with collaborative team work in a fast‑moving, incentive‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client viewings and tours for partners, overseas offices and private clients.
• Manage new enquiries, qualify prospects and progress them to sale.
• Organise and participate in sales events and property handover processes.
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM, logging actions and activity.
• Generate leads through calls to new and existing contacts and report personal sales activity.
• Apply consultative selling techniques to match customer needs with product features.
• Maintain high standards of phone and email communication and manage time effectively.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in off‑plan property and buy‑to‑let investment.
• Familiarity with the Manchester property market.
• Strong work ethic, self‑motivated and comfortable working weekends.
• Based in Manchester city centre and hold a full driving licence.
