Facilities Manager – Mixed‑Use Portfolio

About the role

We are seeking a Facilities Manager to take ownership of a mixed‑use portfolio of commercial, retail and residential assets in Central London. The role offers a clear path for an ambitious Assistant or Junior Facilities Manager to progress into broader portfolio management within a respected consultancy.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure assets are maintained to the highest standard.
• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance works with tenants, clients and contractors.
• Manage health and safety compliance and meet all statutory obligations.
• Assist in the preparation and administration of service charge budgets.

Required profile

• Experience in commercial property or mixed‑use facilities management.
• Good understanding of statutory compliance, health and safety legislation and service charge budgeting.
• Ambitious and motivated to develop a broader portfolio management career.
• IOSH qualification advantageous but not essential.
