Field Marketing Associate / Associate Manager

About the role

Veeva is seeking a Field Marketing Associate or Associate Manager to support the planning and execution of field marketing programs across the United Kingdom. You will work with cross‑functional teams to deliver events, webinars, and digital campaigns that drive customer engagement and support the company’s mission in the life‑sciences industry.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute field marketing plans, including event and webinar logistics, customer conference support and communications.
• Organise Veeva and industry events, managing logistics, internal and external communications, event app administration and reporting.
• Assist with weekly and monthly marketing program reporting using tools such as Marketo, Lynx, Matomo and Sigma.
• Coordinate with product marketing, creative services, content, communications and digital teams to deliver program components.
• Create and edit marketing content, including social posts, videos, templates and repurpose existing assets for internal and external use.
• Support outreach programs on LinkedIn and other channels to engage current and prospective customers.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on marketing campaign experience (or 1+ year for the Associate role) with a focus on events and community building.
• Strong communication, writing and organizational abilities with high attention to detail.
• Self‑directed, able to manage multiple stakeholders and projects under aggressive timelines.
• Positive, growth‑mindset and team‑player attitude.
