Field Support Merchandiser – Birmingham

About the role

McCormick UK Limited is seeking a full‑time Field Support Merchandiser to cover the Birmingham area. You will work 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work during the Christmas period. The role involves travelling to stores, delivering stock and ensuring product availability on shelves.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with store contacts at major supermarkets such as Tesco, ASDA and Morrisons.
• Collect, deliver and stock products daily to achieve 100 % shelf availability.
• Use technology to record execution, inventory levels and compliance with store plans.
• Maintain accurate store records and inventory data.
• Support other McCormick brands when required.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence (essential) and the right to work in the UK.
• Ability to work independently, manage time and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to stay away from home when required (accommodation and meals provided).
• Positive, can‑do attitude and strong customer focus.
• Enjoyment of physical, on‑the‑road work.

• Base salary of £27,840 per annum.
