Finance Litigation Solicitor

About the role

DWF is looking for a motivated solicitor to join its market‑leading Finance Litigation team in Manchester. The role involves providing advice and assistance on a variety of finance litigation matters, including asset and consumer finance, within a flexible hybrid working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of finance litigation matters under partner supervision.
• Provide advice and assistance on asset and consumer finance claims.
• Contribute to business development initiatives, thought leadership, and networking.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with the right to practice.
• Knowledge of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and related regulations (preferred).
• Familiarity with the Civil Procedure Rules 1998.
• Experience handling finance litigation matters independently or supporting senior team members.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
