Financial Administrator – SJP Practice (Watford)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join a busy St. James's Place practice based in Elstree, serving around 700 clients. You will support two financial advisers, ensuring smooth client servicing and administration within a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support advisers with client administration and policy servicing.
• Prepare client valuations, documentation and meeting packs.
• Handle new business submissions and ongoing client servicing through SJP systems.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to deliver high‑level service.
• Assist with light paraplanning duties and maintain accurate client records.
• Support general practice administration tasks.

Required profile

• Previous experience working within a St. James's Place practice.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Confidence in supporting advisers and managing client administration.

Required skills

• Familiarity with SJP systems and processes.
