Financial Administrator – Wealth Management

About the role

Our client is seeking a Financial Administrator to join their Wealth Management team in North London. This full‑time permanent position supports financial planners by handling client administration and ensuring smooth processing of new business.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between advisers, clients and third‑party product providers.
• Establish and maintain electronic client files using the Curo CRM system.
• Gather information, source quotations, illustrations and supporting documentation.
• Prepare valuations, reports and other materials for client meetings.
• Process new business applications and keep accurate transaction records.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of relevant financial services experience.
• Graduate qualification preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Curo CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) – experience with the back‑office system.
