Financial Analyst – Systematic Trading Desk

About the role

This performance‑driven position focuses on G10 currencies and financial derivatives within a systematic trading desk. You will manage firm‑allocated capital, applying disciplined trading strategies while adhering to strict risk limits.

Key responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities across G10 FX and derivative instruments.
• Execute systematic trading strategies in line with firm mandates.
• Manage downside risk and ensure compliance with drawdown limits.
• Maintain detailed trading journals and performance audit records.

Required profile

• Strong numerical, analytical and problem‑solving aptitude, preferably with STEM, Finance or Economics background.
• Demonstrated discipline to operate within strict risk‑management frameworks.
• Ability to provide a verifiable live‑trading track record (6 months) or complete the VTCT Level 5 Diploma in Applied Financial Trading via the Academy pathway.
• Eligibility for UK Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship.
