Financial Due Diligence Manager

About the role
You will play a hands‑on role delivering high‑quality financial and commercial analysis for upper‑mid‑market transactions. The position involves preparing diligence reports, engaging with clients, and providing insights that help stakeholders understand key drivers and risks.
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership and deliver financial due diligence work‑streams.
- Analyse financial and non‑financial information on buy‑side and sell‑side engagements.
- Contribute to clear, insightful due diligence reports.
- Support interactions with senior management, business owners, and private‑equity investors.
- Identify trends, risks, deal‑breakers and value‑creation opportunities.
- Coach and support junior team members in developing analytical and commercial skills.
Required profile
- Relevant accounting qualification.
- Strong financial due diligence and report‑writing experience.
- Experience mentoring and coaching colleagues.
