FNOL Motor Claims Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking an experienced FNOL Motor Claims Team Leader to join a fast‑growing claims management business. The role is fully remote and will report to senior management, overseeing a team of FNOL Claims Handlers and ensuring the end‑to‑end motor claims journey is handled efficiently and in line with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and coach a team of FNOL Claims Handlers, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Oversee the complete FNOL process from first notification of loss through claim progression.
• Ensure claims are processed accurately, within agreed service levels and in compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, driving continuous improvement in claim handling.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to meet business targets and support professional development of team members.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar FNOL Motor Claims leadership role.
• Strong track record of managing and developing a claims team.
• Excellent problem‑solving and influencing abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of the motor claims lifecycle and relevant regulations.
