Forklift Operator (Replenishment) – Central Hub

About the role

The Forklift Operator (Replenishment) works in the Central Hub warehouse, moving products from back‑stock to the Vertique Towers picking locations. The role ensures a continuous flow of beverages while maintaining safety and product integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Perform pre‑trip inspections on all power equipment and operate a sit‑down forklift safely.
• Identify and retrieve products from back‑stock using tablets, RF scanners, and the InfoLink system.
• Rotate stock according to the Location Based Inventory (LBI) process and FEFO method.
• Move products to the Vertique Towers picking lanes in a timely manner, handling packaged goods without damage.
• Communicate lane status, empty pallets, and damages via radio to supervisors and pickers.
• Collect, sort, and relocate empty pallets and damaged product to designated areas.
• Maintain a clean work environment, mop spills, and follow proper lifting techniques.
• Report equipment malfunctions, accidents, and incidents to management.

Required profile

• Regular and punctual attendance with flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to operate a sit‑down forklift and perform physical tasks safely.
• Comfort using electronic devices such as tablets, cell phones, and RF scanners.
• Understanding of food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements.
