FPA Data Automation Analyst

About the role

Reporting directly to the FP&A Transformation Lead, the business is looking for an FP&A Associate to help build and maintain finance reporting functions. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality output while collaborating with FP&A, IT/BI and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build scalable reporting frameworks to meet the demands of a fast‑growing business.
• Extract, transform and load (ETL) ERP data for business reporting, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Manage and maintain automation workflows used by the Finance team and wider organisation (Alteryx).
• Develop and maintain models for long‑range planning, budgeting, forecasting and multi‑jurisdiction cash‑flow modelling.
• Partner with the wider business to develop and standardise commercial tools that promote data‑driven decision making.
• Monitor and improve data quality, completeness and integrity across multiple source systems.

Required profile

• Proven track record within an FP&A function with finance/accounting experience.
• Consultancy experience working with multiple currencies.
• Strong finance education and experience beyond FP&A.
• Advanced Excel capabilities (formulas, Power Query, VBA).
• Extensive experience with ETL and data tools.
• Excellent data communication and presentation skills for both financial and non‑financial stakeholders.
• Prior experience with Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Project Operations) and ERP implementation is desirable.
